Our Tavern Grade flooring is cut from recently harvested old growth long leaf yellow pine which is harder and more straight grained than any other species of pine. Our flooring is a full 3/4" thick, kiln dried, tongue groove fitment, no blue stain ever, and is a Select grade, not the # 2 grade most companies try to pass off as flooring. This flooring comes in lengths from 8' to 16', no shorts, long lengths mean less joints for a tighter floor. This material can be stained in almost any color or looks great with clear poly or clear oil finish. Our price for materials are 6" 2.20 per square foot and 8" wide for 2.35 per square foot and our 10" wide for 2.50 per square foot. We are now offering our Tavern select in a prefinished product, using a hand rubbed hard oil finish. Our prefinished is available in 6'7' and 8' lengths, square cut ends and has the traditional square cut edges not the fake looking dirt catching micro bevels. We offer 4 colors plus a clear, We offer our Tavern color which is a rich looking reddish brown color. We offer Antique brown which is a medium tone brown with black highlites, and we offer Bourbon color which is a deep brown color with heavy black highlites, and our new color Aged Natural that has a warm scoth color. Our pricing on our prefinished runs 3.75 per square foot for 6" and 3.89 per square foot for our 8" and 4.19 for our 10". We also now offer a distressed saw top floor.
