Division/Entity Northeast Division Job Overview Responsible for managing the sales and operations of Comcast's (8-10) Retail Stores. Provides daily coaching and direction to a team of sales representatives as well as serves customers directly. Identifies opportunities to improve overall performance and acts quickly to implement effective action plans. Tasks - Recruits and continuously develops a highly-engaged, winning team of Retail Sales Representatives. Provides daily sales leadership to Retail Sales Representatives across assigned market. -Develops, manages, and achieves Company sales and profit goals for the retail stores. Develops effective schedules aligned with Company's business needs and ensures that all stores have Sales Representatives available during all business hours. -Trains and educates Sales Representatives on new promotions, products, and corporate initiatives. -Collaborates with national retail partners to continuously improve sales, customer processes, and the relationship between the Company's Sales Representatives and the retailer's core staff. -Works in tandem with the Company's local market leadership to maintain alignment with local market objectives and initiatives. -Assesses individual and team performance and provides specific performance improvement plans as needed. - Creates and maintains a best-in-class customer experience across all stores in assigned market by ensuring displays are always functional, Point-of-Purchase displays are up-to-date, and customers are quickly engaged by friendly, competent Sales Representatives. - Protects Company assets by maintaining an accurate inventory of customer equipment at all times. Maintains and grows existing customer base while managing churn as effectively as possible. - Develops, monitors, and achieves operating and store expense budgets. - Corrects customer billing discrepancies, prepares work orders, arranges for service appointments, and ensures appropriate follow-up procedures are met. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
