We are currently accepting resumes for the following position: Lease Acquisition Sales REQUIREMENTS · Knowledge and experience in wireless deployment and financial planning; Knowledge and experience closing residential and commercial real estate transactions is beneficial· Real Estates Sales, Insurance and Wholesale Mortgage experience a strong plus · Must be a highly motivated sales and business development professional · Must possess the ability to make effective presentations to high-net worth individuals · Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person · Must have experience managing sales pipeline using customer service software packages and MS Excel. · Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the desire to exceed established performance goals · Bachelor's Degree JOB DUTIES · Develop and maintain a producing acquisition pipeline · Add or enhance data in contact management system · Prospect for new opportunities within assigned territory · Develop business within assigned territory by exceeding established performance goals Compensation will include base salary along with generous commissions based on individual performance. Total compensation package is $100k+.Job Requirements Bachelors Degree Experience in real estate negotiation and acquisition of related transactions Real Estate, sales, or legal negotiation experience strongly desired Must have the ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, subordination and non-disturbance agreements
