7-11 was found when he walked into one of our volunteers' 7-11 store. They got a call around 12:30 am to come down and pick him up. We put him in the Richmond Animal Control for the 10 day stray hold to see if anyone would come and reclaim him. He seems to be a low key dog and came in with a collar and leash attached to him, so obviously he was owned by someone.
